Village Market 2024 – new stalls & old favourites

 April 12, 2024

By  Grow Timsbury

We’re looking forward to the return of the market from Saturday April 27th. All of your favourite stalls from last year will be back, but also some lovely new ones! The fresh veg honours will be shared by Cam Valley Growers and Radford Mill Farm this year, whilst Single Hill Flowers and Stephen Young Plants & Gardens will be back with botanical delights. Its great to have sweet treats from Holly Made Cakes back and we also welcome Swallow Community cafe who will be supplying cakes and savouries when Holly is otherwise occupied. We have bread from a new bakery this spring, the fabulous Basil’s in Bath, and to spread on your delicious loaves you could choose jam from the Somerset Preserving Co, tasty cheese from Bath Soft Cheese (new this year – welcome) or Tanya Minall’s wonderful honey. With eggs from Tanya too, fresh coffees and chai from Fireside Brew (welcome), meat from Tunley Farm Butchers and Weleda Beauty we think we have pretty much everything covered. After all that of course, its possible you may well need a sit down in our popular pop-up cafe with a hot drink from the friendly Cafe2U. We invite you to come and join us and treat yourself to some great, fresh, local produce, on the Conygre field.
